Kenisha L. Rhone (Class 68), who received the 2018 Volunteer of the Year this past November at the Play Like a Girl Honors Gala, is being honored once again this summer with the 2019 CoSIDA Bob Kenworthy Communication Service Award. CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America) is a 3,000+ member national organization comprised of the sports public relations, media relations and communications/information professionals throughout all levels of collegiate athletics in the United States and Canada. A native of St. Louis, Kenisha has been living in Nashville nearly 20 years and is currently the Director of Digital Media and Social Strategy for Belmont University Athletics. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., serves on the Greater Nashville Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure steering committee and volunteers frequently to speak to youth groups including the Girls Scouts of Greater Nashville.
