Diane Hayes served the Young Leaders Council for 24 years, growing YLC from a small, little-known program to a nonprofit that is well-known and respected for training diverse and committed young professionals to effectively participate on the boards of nonprofit organizations. She expanded the program from two classes a year in 1995 to five classes offered today and established successful partnerships with Junior League of Nashville, Williamson, Inc. and Belmont University Massey Graduate School of Business. She more than tripled the number of annual graduates from 40 to 150, which has ultimately benefited more than 250 local nonprofit agencies and the causes and people they serve. Diane’s tireless service to Young Leaders Council has greatly benefited the philanthropic culture that makes our Middle Tennessee community so very special. We want to honor Diane’s legacy by raising $1,000 for each year she served the YLC for a total of $24,000 to benefit the programs and services of YLC. Won’t you join us? Click on the link below to honor Diane with your special gift to YLC so that we can continue to train young leaders year-round and be that vital and important resource for all other nonprofits in the middle Tennessee area. https://www.youngleaderscouncil.org/donations/honoring_diane/
