Dayle A. Savage, EdD lives her life at the intersection of leadership and learning. She is originally from central Illinois but “grew up” in Nashville. Music City has been her home for 30+ years where she has continuously learned and experienced the fields of human, professional, and organizational development. Currently, her private practice spiraLearning, LLC supports and develops those individuals and organizations that are ready to have a breakthrough experience around the goals and strategies that will enhance professional lives and develop organizations. She does as an internationally certified Executive Leadership Coach and through her expertise in Talent, Change, & Organizational Development.
As a former professor Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College she directed the Leadership and Organizational Performance graduate program for nine years helping hundreds of graduate students produce and polish the decision-making and strategy skills that it takes to be a 21st century leader. In addition, Dayle designed and directed the first Professional Student Career Service Center at Peabody College where career outcomes were realized for 93 – 97% of all graduates 90 days post-graduation. In addition, she had an experiential sabbatical from 2008 – 2009 where she became the VP of HR and Chief Learning Officer at Saint Thomas Health.
